This tallow is rendered right here on our farm - not from a container. No, not all tallow is created equally. A lot of tallow sold on the market is mixed chemical preservatives, and deodorizers or heated so hot that its stripped of all nutrients. Tallow from larger companies online are manufactured in the same large factories using cheap ingredients and not knowing the quality or the health of the animals. Know your animals and your source to guarantee the best product. This Whipped Tallow is made from grass-fed grass-finished Pennsylvania beef suet that we get directly from the farm. We render it on our homestead at a low temperature and the process takes a few days.
