Return Policy
We hope that you love every product that you purchase! Herbal products work with your body to help ease certain ailments but different herbs work for different people. Herbal “remedies” are different from drugs in that they do not “fix” your ailments instantly. These products needs to be used consistently. Natural fixes won’t always be quick.
Although our products are all-natural, allergies may still occur if you have sensitive skin or are allergic to the plant we are using. A patch test is always reccomended.
Melting may occur for certain items such as tallow, lotion and salves. These items are temperature sensitive and we have no control over how they are handled or if they are left in the hot sun once they are shipped. If your item comes melted - pop it into the fridge (none of our containers should leak). Alternatively, try to place orders of lotions and salves in cooler months. We will not even ship Tallow in the summer - our website has a warning at the top of the page in the summer as a reminder and we will immediately cancel Tallow orders and refund you.
For these reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds once an item is received.
We do offer product replacement in the following circumstances:
your item arrives broken/smashed - pictures required please!
you do not receive your item - it gets lost in the mail. We will check on the tracking info that comes with each package to hunt it down or resend.
