Our Tallow Sun Balm is made with grass-fed beef tallow, and non-nano zinc oxide! What does non-nano mean? Its means that it won’t seep into your skin and into your bloodstream, which is important. We add a bit of beeswax to our sunscreen to stiffen it enough that it won’t turn to liquid if you bring it with you to the beach or have it by the pool.
Other key ingredients are carrot seed oil which is said to have a natural SPF and other moisturizing carrier oils infused with red raspberry leaf.
Red raspberry leaf is often used for its beneficial effects on skin, particularly when used as a topical treatment or as tea. It can be used to hydrate and moisturize the skin, improve skin tone and elasticity, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
